As a self-professed strawberry lover and coffee addict, I was intrigued by this blend as it combines my love for both. Best served black, one can taste the sweetness of the berries giving a slight acidity to the coffee. The strongest flavor comes from the first sip, and every succeeding gulp tantalizes the nostrils with the aroma of fresh berries. Not too strong, it perfectly combines the sweetness of strawberries and the boldness of coffee.

I tried this yesterday using the Kalita Wave, Kurasu method. I got cherry and wine notes from the beans. Loved it! I'm excited to try this using other methods 👍🏻
