One of my favorites
Brewed 6 days after roasting ('coz I cannot wait anymore for the recommended 10 days) and was able to taste the apple flavor in my first cup. I like the aroma and taste. It definitely improved when I brewed it 10 days after roast date.

Local Gem
One word: refreshing. Brewed using v60 and cafetiere, it's juicy, the green mango notes were apparent, then the apple hints followed. Didn't quite capture the hazel nuts notes yet.
