A Steal for its Flavor Profile

I brewed this using a Tetsu Kasuya V60 and it really helped bring out a surprisingly complex flavor profile.

Chewy and Juicy

I've been drinking this exclusively black.

-as an espresso

-as an americano

-as a v60 brew

The interesting bit is the earl grey aroma upon opening(like how you enter a TWG store). For the taste, there's a fruity floral profile. The reason I've been drinking it with no milk/sweetener is the amazing way it envelopes the tongue with the different taste, making me "chew" the coffee as I enjoy the flavor.

Uncomplicated great Ethiopian!

The tasting notes on this one brooks no argument. It’s got a dominant blueberry flavor from start to aftertaste. Sweet, lightly acidic, a bit floral. It’s a delightfully berry tea-like coffee, which is a common quality of Ethiopian coffees in my experience. It’s also got a nice juicy sweetness to it that reminds me of lychee.
