Surprisingly good!

So happy that I tried this. Always getting brazil cerrado because I got used to it and it’s my comfort coffee. But i am happy i tried something new! Smells so good, notes were there, my espresso were perfectly made! And also consistent roasting, you can see it all throughout the beans in both bags :)

Found my favorite Colombian beans

I really liked the clarity and flavor. This is my go to afternoon cup. Despite being an espresso roast, I've been brewing it via pour over ever since.

Petfect for filter, espresso, cold brew, cold drip

Have tried it on pour overs like origami, kalita wave and hario v60 02 and occasionslly with lily drip gio and on espresso based drinks and cold brew and the taste is chocolatey and the espresso roast of the company is medium roast hence still good for pour overs.
